We want to bring you all the magic and chill of December year round! Our design is to go where food trucks cannot, pedaling through public & private events. We are delighted to offer you our scrumptious selection of small-batch ice cream and non-frozen novelties, all made with love and served with a smile.
Public Events
You’ll find us all around the Omaha & Council Bluffs area. Whether it’s concerts, farmer’s markets or sporting events…if you’re out in the heat, we want to chill you out!

The Snowball
A December's original~ Toss around this snowball all year round! Just Sweet Cream ice cream disguising itself as a snowball. A perfect little treat on the go.
Push Pops
No scooping here! 3 oz. Push-Pops are ready to push up at your leisure!
Various flavors of (dairy & non-dairy) ice cream & fruit sorbets.
Sammies
A light, sweet & sponge-like lady finger biscuit hugs December's ice cream.
Various combinations of ice cream flavors and biscuits!
Ice Cream Cannoli
A December's signature! Here's where we take a waffle cone shell, line it with white, milk or dark chocolate & then fill it up with small batch, homemade ice cream.
We can't say just yet...
Just know that we have your best friend in mind with this product in the works. Just don't hound us about it though, fur-real.
Ricotta Filled Cannoli
This is where we take that same waffle cone shell, line it with chocolate & use a sweetened ricotta filling. That ricotta is blended with cream cheese or mascarpone cheese depending on the recipe. They are rich & delicious. They are a perfect dessert.
Please note: There is minimum of 6 cannoli per order.

A little bit about...
How the magic started:
During the pandemic, Mary Pennisi had dreamed of starting her own bike business. Fast forward to 2024, as Mary had been making different ice cream novelties for her family & friends, it became clear that it was time to make it all happen. After developing favorite flavors & products, she took the leap & created December's. Wanting to honor her Italian heritage, she chose to start with cannoli.
Born in the month of December, Mary has always loved the joy connected with this time of year. In addition, she felt the cold association with the month was great for selling ice cream.
As December’s evolves and Mary inevitably comes up with new products and inventive novelties, the Ice Cream Cannolo will always be her first prized and coined creation.
Where the magic happens:
December's is proud to be a part of the Kitchen Council. We lease space in their state of the art kitchen, with commercial grade equipment. Kitchen Council is co-located with Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment (PACE) in the Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center.
